Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the purchase date.

  2. Opened Products: Products that have been opened may be returned only if they are in unused and resalable condition. The product should be inspected only, and not show any signs of damage, excessive use, or wear.

  3. Packaging & Accessories: All returns must include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, and any other items that came with the product.

  4. Non-Returnable Items: Some items are non-returnable once opened, including software, digital downloads, or any products marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@doublepower.co.uk within 30 days of your purchase. Include your order number, the product you wish to return, and a reason for the return.

  2. Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide instructions on how to return the product. In some cases, we may provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  3. Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or was sent in error.

  4. Condition of Product: Please ensure the item is securely packaged to avoid damage during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns.

Refunds & Processing:

  1. Refunds: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

  2. Partial Refunds: If the product is returned in damaged or used condition, a partial refund may be issued. This amount will depend on the condition of the product and the discretion of our team.

  3. Non-Refundable Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping charges unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

Exchanges:

  1. Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund. In such cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Double Power Limited.

  2. Product Exchange: If you wish to exchange your product for another item, you must first return the original item and then place a new order for the replacement. Shipping charges for the new order may apply.

Defective or Damaged Products:

  1. Damaged on Arrival: If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. You may be required to send us photographs of the damaged product to initiate a return or exchange.

  2. Warranty Claims: If the product is defective after use, we will honor any applicable warranty policies for repairs or replacement. Warranty information for each product can be found in the product documentation or on our website.

How to Return a Product:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to support@doublepower.co.uk to request a return or exchange authorization.

  2. Prepare for Shipment: Securely package the item in its original packaging, along with all manuals, accessories, and proof of purchase.

  3. Ship Back: Send the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Inspection & Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue a refund or exchange within 7-10 business days.

Shipping to Customers:

  • Processing & Shipping Time: Orders are shipped to customers' addresses within 3-5 business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that this time frame may vary depending on the shipping destination and any potential delays with the carrier.
